You pay per item, per month: small box £4.00, medium box £6.00, large box £8.00, suitcase £10.00. Collection is free, and you save up to 20% when you store for longer. You pay for your whole storage term upfront, and your exact price is shown before you pay.

No. Anyone in Leeds can use Leeds Storage. Lots of our customers are students between terms, but we also store for people moving house, between tenancies, renovating, or just short on space at home.

Boxes and suitcases only. Suitcases must be hard-shell or fully boxed so we can stack them safely. We don’t store furniture, large items, or anything that won’t fit in a standard box or suitcase.

No food or perishables, liquids, plants, animals, cash, jewellery, passports or other valuables, anything flammable or dangerous, and nothing illegal. If you need to store something valuable or irreplaceable, please keep it with you.

Every box or suitcase comes with £40.00 loss cover included in the price. If we lose an item while it’s in our care, we’ll compensate you up to £40.00 for that item. We don’t open or inspect your boxes, so we can’t accept responsibility for damage to the contents. Pack carefully and use bubble wrap for anything fragile.

Anywhere from 1 to 12 months, and you can extend online if you need longer. Students often store for 3 to 4 months over the summer; home movers usually need a month or two.

No. Just pack and tape up your boxes. When we collect, we put our own tracking label on every box and suitcase, so we know exactly where each one is until it’s back with you.

You can book a collection for any day from tomorrow. Slots by day — Monday to Wednesday: evening only; Thursday: morning, afternoon or evening; Friday: afternoon or evening; Saturday and Sunday: morning, afternoon or evening. The slots are Morning (9am–12pm), Afternoon (12pm–6pm), Evening (6pm–11pm).

Yes. Once your items are with us, open "Manage my booking", choose how many extra months you need and pay online. Extensions use the same prices and longer-stay discounts as a new booking, and your storage simply continues with no gap.

Yes. Head to "Manage my booking", verify your reference and email, and use the link we send you to request an early return or ask us a question.

All Leeds postcodes, LS1 to LS29, including Headingley, Hyde Park, Chapel Allerton, Roundhay, Horsforth, Kirkstall, Morley, Pudsey and the city centre. If you’re outside that area, leave your email on the address step and we’ll let you know if we expand.

Yes. We collect from University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University, Leeds Trinity University, Leeds Arts University accommodation, and from homes, flats and student houses across Leeds. Enter your postcode when you book and we’ll confirm we cover it.

You pay for your whole storage term in one payment at checkout via Stripe. There’s nothing more to pay unless you decide to extend. We never see or store your card details.

Yes, free of charge any time before your collection day. Use "Manage my booking" to request a cancellation.

No. You manage your booking with your booking reference and email address. We email you a secure link whenever you need to make changes.
